The location of the hotel was terrible, being situated right next to the loudest nightclubs I have ever heard. the room was clean and the garden was nice. There was a pool available and a supermarket wasn't too far away.

The hotel was quite far from the beach and took a while to walk to.

No hot water, admin lady was nice but didn't solve the hot water issue. No washing up utensils. No airconditioning (rooms get hot).

Location in relation to the Misano race circuit - 50 min walk away. Nice pool at all apartment locations. Be aware the apartments are at 3 different locations along the road Via Dei Pini - number 7 is the place for the reception.

Location of 51 property - 2 bedroom apartments. On a main road - so noisy all night. Lack of fans or air conditioning. Limited opening hours for the reception, which is at 7 Via Dei Pini - nearest shop for apartments at 51 was half a mile away - bear in mind the walk back is all uphill, a steep hill.

I had a great time swimming in the pool and enjoying the facilities at this hotel. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious and perfect for families with children. Additionally, the location of this hotel was very convenient as it allowed easy access to nearby towns such as Gradara, San Marino and Rimini. The receptionist was also very helpful, providing assistance even in later hours of the day via WhatsApp.

There was a slight issue with the location, as we had some difficulty finding the reception and had to navigate between three different properties. However, once we settled into our apartment, everything was perfectly fine.
